i understand that different offences cause different free kicks, eg. pushing, spitting, tackling deserves direct, and dangerous playing, impeding a player deserves indirect free kick...

indirect free kicks are taken from the point of offence.

Ok, so I have soem futsal shoes, and now, sure enough, the day before my school athletics comp. my joggers get destroyed. So I wanna know, will this type of shoe get destroyed if I run in them? like will they start to wear out? it's only for 100, 200 and 400m. I can take them off during jumps. Thanks

Planning also to buy futsal shoes so I can use them for football next sem too, but will they actually be of good use then? I know nike T-7 is the latest version and uses kangaroo leather. However, is the kangaroo leather the entire shoe or just one side of the upper portion?I have not tried the T-7 FS. I've only tried the T-5 FS and it was comfortable (although i heard kangaroo leather is way better).IF YOU HAVE BOTH T-5 AND T-7, please compare them both (:Thanks heaps!

I have only played with one of the people on my team regularly
Is it necessary to have a practice before the tournament
would It be a bad idea if all 5 of us excluding the goal keeper just show up and play for the first time
We all play regularly but we've never been on a team with each other

I DONT need to know what my legs muscles are made of,dont need to know any long super smart answers just answer simple yet serious and informative answers. I noticed at todays game I have a really week kick especially since im playing futsal and the ball is hard and heavy.

1.How can I increase my kicking power/strenght to kick the ball harder and farther.
2.What workouts can I do... especially at home where I only have limited stuff. (NO MACHINES)
3.How can I increase stamina and agility. Dont wanna be the flash just wanna run a bit faster and run longer duration. You know not get tired so fast.Please dont answer eat better, Im not asking for dieting advice or tips.

Basically exercises to help me with all this. Oh and if you have any advice and tips for futsal and defending that be super helpful as well.

Need answers Please... Should I talk to my Coach or live in Guilt?

on Tuesday.. when arsenal were trashing Porto..I had a Futsal game with my Club and we won 9-6( i watched the re run though).. but there was a problem.. My coach sat me down the whole first half..( in futsal there are no change rules..you can enter and go out and enter).. then in the second i played 2 minutes with my team leading 5-3.. and i was subbed.. i was so pissed and annoyed.. but what could i do..other players in my team complained and they were put in..but I did and was never put in..

So the next day.. I thought i had to talk to my coach and apologise but i was scared..in Thursday training today( field Football now..)My Coach (also footie coach)actually never said a word to me.. we have a game tomorrow vs Sao Paulo U-17`s on Field not futsal,.. and he put me on the starting list as right back..my favorite position....

should I talk to him..or has he forgiven me..I need real help..... pls need help

I can work with the ball pretty well, and find space to shoot but I usually lack shooting power, although I'm 97 kilos 'thin' and 180 cm tall. I don't walk much because I go to work by car. I play indoor soccer (futsal) an hour a week.

I pulled my calf muscle?

Okay, so its been about a week and a half since I pulled my calf muscle, or at least I think that's what happened.
I want to know if there's anything I can do to speed up the healing process.

I pulled it during soccer conditioning, when we were running outside. My trainer thought that it was shin splints because we were running on pavement, but the thing is, my shin doesn't hurt.

Right when I pulled it, it hurt when I would walk, (the sensation would feel like every time that I stepped on my foot, a tightness occurred right below the outline of the calf muscle, that little horseshoe curve thingy), and now, it only hurts when I run, (once again the tightening, painful sensation.)

I pulled my right calf, and the stretches that I do are calf stretches, ankle stretches, toes raises, heel raises, and the thing where you use a towel and wrap it around your toes and you pull it towards you, stretching.

Now I was wondering if:

1) I actually pulled my calf, or if its something else, though I think that is what happened.

2) Are there any other types of stretches or exercises that I can do?

3) Are there any foods that may help?

4) Could and should I ice or heat it?

If its any help, I'm young, 15, and a girl.

Tryouts are next week and I also have a Futsal seminar every thursday, I reallllly need my leg to get better.

How do I become a better soccer player?

I would do anything, I am on a club soccer team and i do high school soccer. I am a freshman on varsity for a very good team, league champs best division. ranked top 10 in state. Over the summer i am either doing 4 separate camps all overnight or 1 camp for 3 weeks. During spring soccer season with club we don't have practice everyday we have it probably 3 days a week, and then a game. I also am on a national futsal team. But anyways i want to practice everyday I don't have practice already in the spring, and over the summer i want to practice EVERYDAY. but what should i do when i practice? I figure juggle a little, maybe buy a speed latter. please give me ideas on drills to do that will help me. Thanks.

I go to a private school right now. I am a freshman and i want to start looking at college's. The university of Nevada, Las Vegas came to my attention. Do they have good acedemics? I want to study law. Also i want to play soccer in college i made my varsity team this year as a freshman and its a very skilled team and im on a very skilled club team. Also i go to nationals for futsal. So that leads to my other question, how good is there soccer? Division?
